If an item you ordered from www.vasansi.com does not meet your expectations, Do not worry, simply courier it back to us and in return we'll give you give you store credit that you can use on our website for another purchase.
Though we rarely receive returns but incase you really wish to then it'll be subject to the following conditions -
- Vasansi customer care should receive a formal notification of the return within twelve hours of receiving the product.
- The product should be unworn, unused, in new condition and the same packaging as sent.
- The product should be a custom made ( Any Change in the actual garment like color, Embroidery, Specific Measurements are custom made).
- The courier charges will be borne by the customer. In case you require a pick-up then it'll be deducted in the store credit.
- If the product received in Damage Condition.
- If the product is damaged than there are only two general conditions.
- Damaged during the transit of the item.
- Manufacturing defect.
- If the item is not which you have ordered
In all the conditions mentioned above we are always ready to accept the returns.
Products can be returned within 24 hours of order delivery. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. In case of Cancellation Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

IF ERROR IS FROM CUSTOMERS END
- For alteration: - To and From shipping charges will be paid by customer.
- The only thing required is that you keep the item concerned with you along with all its packing materials in which you received the delivery.
PROCESS OF RETURN
You will be provided with the relevant instructions on how to proceed as quickly as possible so that we can take immediate possible action to sort out the problem.
If the problem is found to be genuine, we will Express Ship a Replacement item within the earliest possible time with no extra shipping cost to you.
In case if the original item you ordered earlier is out of stock or unavailable, then you are requested to choose an alternative item from the same price range.
We will Express Ship the Exchanged item to you with no extra shipping cost.
All this process of Exchanging of the Damaged or Defected item is done as per your prior consent.
If the customer is neither interested in exchanging the original item with the identical exchanged item nor in exchanging the original item with other alternative from the same price range, we will refund you in full amount no deduction whatsoever.
