It's a rarity for us to receive returns, in case we do, it's generally only under these conditions-
1. The product received has been Damaged in transit or has some manufacturing defect.
2. An incorrect product has been delivered not matching the order.
Returns are subject to the following -
- Vasansi customer care should receive a formal notification of the return within twenty four hours of receiving the product. (Via Email at [email protected])
- The product should be unworn, unused, in new condition, with tags on and in the same packaging as sent.
- The product should not be a custom made ( Any customizations rendered to change from actual garment like color, Embroidery, Measurements)
- A store credit can be awarded with an year-long validity of the same amount to be redeemed against any product of the same or greater value.
Shipping information is relayed through email on the id specified at the time of order placement.
Domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies as per the delivery date mentioned against product on the website. Delivery of each order will be to the registered address of the buyer as mentioned at the time of order placement only.
Delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company norms. Vasansi Jaipur is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within the delivery time mentioned, post order and/or payment confirmation. Also, Vasansi Jaipur is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit.
We are pleased to inform that all shipping of all orders placed on www.vasansi.com to be delivered within India is absolutely free of cost. International shipping is reasinable charged, the cost for which is available at 'checkout' varying with each location.
