The fit varies with each product, few are fitted, few comfort fit, few loose. You are advised to select your size in accordance with the fit of the product.

Returns & Exchanges are subject to following-
1. The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
2. The return shipment to be borne by the customer.
3. Return Request for any returns or exchange should be filed in our ReturnCentre within 3 days of receiving the products
4. The products are to be sent back to Vasansi Jaipur's online office (not to any of our retail stores), using the return label.
5. Upon receiving the returned goods the amount gets converted into store credit which can be utilized anytime within six months of issue.
6. In case of a Exchange too a store credit is offered instead of product replacement for a quicker streamlined process. 
7. Returns and exchange aren't applicable on discounted/sale products.
8. All delivery times our calculated as working days i.e. excluding weekends, public holidays and lockdown scenarios.
9. Orders once placed can not be canceled.
10. Our cancellation policy strictly states 'no cancellation' for made-to-order products.
  • We are in an endeavor to showcase the product Color to its truest but it does look slightly varied under different lights and on different screens namely phones, tablets, laptops and PCs and other smart gadgets.
  • Despite producing new prints and patterns in-house each day, we are yet forced to outsource few products from other vendors to ensure a good mix satisfying all customer tastes and preferences. 
  • Vasansi manufactured products are listed under vendor name "Vasansi Jaipur" on the website www.vasansi.com
  •  Delicate fabrics need cautious handling from wear and tear and dry cleaning. Though plain cotton fabrics and its likes are sturdy and easily home washable.

We work with the best in the industry to ensure proper deliveries namely DHL, FedEx, BlueDart.

  • Ready-to-Ship products take about 1-7 working days to leave our facility. The delivery time for each Made-to-order and Pre-order product is mentioned on their list page.
  • The lead time of each product is the DISPATCH time calculated in working days which exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Generally, the entire order gets dispatched together with the longest lead time being the determining dispatch date for the order. In case the customer demands early/partial delivery, then the company has the liberty to demand for extra shipping charges.
  • Actual shipping time varies with type (domestic or international) and location. [ The company "Vasansi Jaipur" won't be liable for any delays or damages during transit.]

 

All prices are inclusive of GST. In case of international shipments, Custom Duties and/or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We take all essential measures to ensure a smooth delivery but custom clearance, if the need arises, is the customer's responsibility.

Manufacturing

Vasansi Jaipur has been innovating fabric processing techniques since decades. The manufacturing process at Vasansi Jaipur starts with procuring greige fabric (white THAAN) directly from textile mills and weavers. Then from dyeing, printing to product sampling and stitching, the entire production cycle involved in creating a garment takes place in-house with us.
